Family Hub Services are delivered through local centres where families can get free information, guidance and support on infant feeding, mental health, healthy lifestyles, parenting and many other services.

15 Steps Maternity and Neonatal Events 2025
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing patient and staff experiences, we are preparing for the upcoming 15 Steps. This important programme plays a vital role in evaluating healthcare environments at SaTH in maternity and neonatal care from a service users’ perspective. The walkaround will assess the first impressions of a ward/area, focusing on factors like cleanliness, safety, and overall atmosphere. This helps identify areas for improvement and ensures a welcoming and high-quality care experience for service users and their families.
